Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Exchange Policy (7 Days)
We do not offer money refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery in case of:

Once we receive and inspect the product, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Customers may choose:

Damaged / Wrong Item Received
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We will provide a free replacement or exchange.
